ProgressTracker Pro is owned and operated by The Business Club Inc., a Virginia corporation located in Chesapeake, Virginia. We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your personal information with care, transparency, and respect.

We use the information we collect to:

• Create and manage your account
• Process your subscription payments
• Enable project and task management features
• Facilitate team collaboration on Pro and Enterprise plans
• Send system notifications within the app
• Respond to your support requests
• Improve our Service through usage analysis
• Comply with applicable laws and regulations

• Active Accounts: Data retained for as long as your account remains active
• Cancelled Subscriptions: Data retained for 30 days after cancellation, then permanently deleted
• Trial Accounts (Not Converted): Data retained for 30 days after trial expiration, then permanently deleted
• Audit Trail Data: Retained for the life of the project and account, deleted with account upon termination

We implement industry-standard security measures including:

• All data transmitted using TLS/SSL encryption (HTTPS)
• Passwords hashed using industry-standard algorithms (never stored in plain text)
• Database encrypted at rest
• Row-Level Security (RLS) policies ensuring users can only access their own data
• Stripe is PCI DSS Level 1 compliant (highest level of payment security)

You have the following rights regarding your personal information:

• Access: Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
• Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal information
• Deletion: Request deletion of your personal information (Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account, or email us)
• Data Portability: Request your data in a portable format (CSV or JSON)
• Withdraw Consent: Where we process data based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw that consent at any time

ProgressTracker Pro is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we discover that we have collected information from a child under 18 without parental consent, we will delete that information immediately.
